While these are great places to start your search be careful – these websites are not always up to date with the current market. These websites are great to give you an idea of the type of home you’re interested in and what extra features you might like to have when you purchase your home. You can then give some of these homes and criteria to a licensed Realtor to go and see the homes in person. Your Realtor also uses the criteria to search the most up to date sources to find your ideal home! You can also use social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter to keep up to date with market trends and interesting articles.
